Who We Are

 

Gospel Methods is a ministry resource dedicated to one mission: equipping ordinary believers to share the extraordinary good news of Jesus Christ. We exist because the Great Commission was never meant to look one way, and because every follower of Christ has been called to participate in it, regardless of personality, background, or gifting.

 

We believe that the gospel is not just a message to be believed, it is a message to be proclaimed. And proclamation takes many forms. Gospel Methods exists to show you what those forms look like in practice.

 

Why We Exist

 

Most believers want to share their faith. Many simply don't know how to start, or assume that evangelism requires a personality type they don't have. The truth is that God has always used a wide variety of people, approaches, and circumstances to bring the lost to himself.

 

The Apostle Paul said he became "all things to all people, that by all means he might save some" (1 Corinthians 9:22). That phrase, "by all means," is the heartbeat of Gospel Methods. We are committed to documenting, demonstrating, and equipping believers in as many gospel-sharing approaches as we can identify, so that every believer can find their method and go

Every method is rooted in Scripture, tested in the real world, and demonstrated with honesty about what works and what requires patience.

 

Our Foundation

 

Gospel Methods is built on several core convictions:

 

The gospel of Jesus Christ, his sinless life, atoning death, and bodily resurrection, is the only message that can reconcile humanity to God. It is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16).

 

Every believer is called to be a witness. Evangelism is not the exclusive domain of pastors, missionaries, or naturally outgoing people. It is the calling of every person who has been transformed by the grace of God.

 

Method matters. How we share the gospel affects whether people hear it clearly. We take methods seriously without ever elevating them above the message itself. The Spirit moves, but he also uses means.

 

The harvest is plentiful. Jesus said so (Matthew 9:37), and we believe him. Gospel Methods exists to put more laborers in that harvest field, equipped and ready to go.
